Industrial Air Pollution Monitoring System

Today, we’re going to share with you an industrial air pollution monitoring system using Bivocom touch screen IoT gateway TG462S.

What are the main part of industrial air monitoring system?

1. Environmental sensor

The sensor is used to monitor the air quality of industrial area, such as PM2.5/5/10, CO, NO2, O3, H2S, SO2, etc., normally it comes with a RS485 interface that supports Modbus protocol. In addition, there are also other sensors, for example, temperature and humidity sensor, wind direction and wind speed sensors.

2. IoT Gateway TG462S

The TG462S supports rich I/O, such as RS232, RS485, DI, Relay, I2C, TTL, etc, and with rich protocols like Modbus, MQTT, where it can be used to connect tor the envrionment sensors, and transfer the data to cloud over 4G network. And it’s 7 inch touch screen is user-friendly for onsite data display and device maintenance.

3. IoT Platform

The IoT platform is for receiving datat from remote enviornment sensors, and process, analyze, store the data.
