System Solution

Bivocom’s IoT based Environment Monitoring and Supervision System consists of 3 layers, the sensing, transport and platform layer.

Sensing Layer:

The sensing layer mainly consists of industrial cellular IoT edge gateway TG462 and various sensor devices. Under the connection of Bivocom’s industrial cellular IoT edge gateway TG462, as the bridge of information exchange, sensing layer can realize the real-time sensor data collection, fast transmission, telecommunication, efficient analysis of pollution source, such as CO2, Flow meter, water quality detector, ammonia nitrogen, temperature and humidity, noise, PH, particulate matter, etc.

Transport Layer:

It connects to the provincial pollution source automatic monitoring platform through the 5G/4G/LTE-M/NB-IoT, wired, wireless, WiFi and other methods that come with theindustrial cellular IoT edge gateway TG462, and provides a network foundation for information sharing.

Platform Layer:

Bivocom’s Pollution Source Automatic Monitoring Platform supports both PC and mobile terminals, which can visually display pollution online monitoring data, with unified supervision, remote control, real-time data query, historical data export, data upload, data abnormality alarm, full display of LED display screen.

Production Recommendation

As the core data transmission device of the pollution source automatic monitoring system, Bivocom’s TG462 has rich I/O to support diverse sensors, including air pollution sources, such as sulfur dioxide, hydrocarbons, particulate matter, carbon monoxide, hydrogen chloride, VOCs, and wastewater pollution sources, such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, PH, etc. And all the data of field sensors will be collected, transferred to remote IoT platform, to realize real time data collection, monitoring, analysis remotely.

Real-time Alarm

The standard and maximum value of all kinds of sensors were set at the site of pollution sources. Once the certain value is exceeded, the alarm will be timely reported to the users through message, wechat, telephone and other means.

Remote Control

Remote control is carried out on each monitoring site according to existing communication protocols, that is, basic operations such as adding, modifying, checking, and deleting pollution source information data, so as to standardize and manage all on-site devices in a unified manner.
